FLUXPIN TECHNOLOGIES

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy describes how information is handled in connection with the Fluxpin Technologies website, email inquiries, and its public Team Access page. Fluxpin Technologies is an unincorporated startup project based in India. For questions about personal information handled for this project, contact Fluxpin Technologies using the email address below.

For privacy questions, contact hq@fluxpintechnologies.com.

1. Scope of this policy

Our public website presents information about Fluxpin and our work in high-frequency trading. It does not currently offer public account registration, a contact submission form, or a customer trading service.

The public Team Access page is currently a demonstration, not an operational authentication service. It does not grant access to a private portal. Any future internal application will require an updated or separate privacy notice describing its actual features and data handling.

2. Information we may process

  • Email inquiries. If you email us, your message may include your name, email address, organization, and any other information you choose to send.
  • Technical requests. Netlify hosts this website and receives network requests needed to serve its pages and assets. Request information can include an IP address, browser details, the requested URL, and request time. Logging and retention depend on Netlify’s services and the hosting configuration.
  • Team Access fields. Text entered in the demonstration form is handled locally by your browser. The current site code does not transmit, store, log, or verify those entries. Submitting the form displays an error message. Browser autofill and password-saving features are controlled by your browser; do not enter a real password into this demonstration.
  • Font requests. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve the styles and font files, transmitting network and browser request information.

Please include only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not email passwords, account credentials, or sensitive trading information.

3. How information is used

Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation. Technical request information may be used to deliver services, diagnose errors, or investigate unauthorized activity.

Zoho Mail provides our business email service. Correspondence you send is processed through that service so we can receive, read, and respond to messages.

The decorative background animations run in your browser. They do not send animation activity, scroll positions, or navigation interactions to Fluxpin.

4. Service providers and external links

Our current providers include Netlify for website hosting, Zoho for business email, and Google Fonts for fonts. The project operator may access correspondence to respond to inquiries and administer the project. There is no authentication provider connected to the current Team Access form.

For details about the font service, see Google Fonts’ privacy information. External pages operate independently of Fluxpin; their own privacy notices apply when you visit them.

Correspondence may also be disclosed where a legal requirement applies or where necessary to address a security incident.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current website code does not set cookies, use browser storage to identify visitors, or include advertising, analytics, or session-recording scripts.

The current Team Access page does not create an authentication session. These statements describe our site code, not cookies or storage used by Zoho’s own mail interface or external websites. Provider-side request processing is described separately above.

6. Retention and security

Email correspondence may be retained while needed to respond to inquiries, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable requirements. A fixed retention period has not yet been established; contact us to ask about or request deletion of a particular message. Hosting and email providers have their own retention arrangements. We do not retain entries from the Team Access demonstration.

No internet transmission or storage system offers a guarantee of security. To discuss a particular record or request its removal, contact us using the address below.

7. Privacy and account requests

You can ask about information associated with your correspondence, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing hq@fluxpintechnologies.com. We may need to verify your connection to the information before responding.

There are no user accounts created by the public Team Access demonstration. Provider services may process information in countries other than your own, depending on the service, account region, and infrastructure. Contact us for information about a specific request.

The rights available to you and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Some records may need to be retained to meet a legal requirement.

8. Children’s privacy

The website provides information about a technology startup for a business audience. It is not designed for children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.

9. Updates to this policy

If website features, internal applications, providers, or data-handling practices change, this page will need to be reviewed and revised. The date above indicates the latest revision.
